Born in Tokyo, after graduating from the Faculty of Letters Ⅱ of Waseda University, he studied film from the director Shinohara Tetsuo. He worked as an assistant director, later became a director of Japanese Horror Video such as Kaiki Unbelievable series. THE BRAT! is his first feature film.
